ADUs, also known as Accessory Dwelling Units, were very popular last year, and I expect them to be even more popular this year. In the City of Los Angeles, our average time from our first meeting to delivering a building permit in your hands is approximately 30 business days.
If you’re considering legalizing an illegal garage conversion, creating a JADU attached to your home, or building a brand new detached ADU on your property, these have become my specialties.
