Our specialty is securing Building Permits of ALL types.

If you need drawing plans (AKA “blueprints”) to secure your building permits, we specialize in providing plans for room additions, remodeling existing homes (including adding a second story to your existing home). We have also designed many custom homes, ADUs, duplexes, apartments & condominiums.

On the commercial side, our projects include: restaurants, dance clubs, bars, meat markets, bakeries, dental offices, medical offices, retail stores, automotive repair shops & various commercial buildings.

We also specialize in moving & restoring historical homes, as well as working with real estate investors who are looking to “flip” houses for a profit.

When we first started the business, our drawings were produced with a T-square & Drafting Board. In 2000, we transitioned to AutoCAD. The Tools may have changed, but be assured, you will still receive quality building plans & service.
